How users report outdated data
Email contact@toolixlab.com with the page URL, tool name, outdated field, and official source URL.
How corrections are reviewed
The research team checks the report against the official source, records the verification date, and updates the page only after confirmation.
Correction timestamp policy
Confirmed corrections update the affected record's last checked and last updated fields.
Version history policy
Material dataset changes are added to the visible changelog on the affected research page.
What counts as material
Material corrections include pricing changes, removed free plans, changed commercial-use rights, privacy policy changes, cancellation flow changes, reliability test corrections, shutdown status updates, and scoring changes that affect a public verdict.
